Testimonials

I initially hired Pam to consult with my office group – all who later came to tell me that they had taken away great value from her session with us – high praise from an office of all professional staff. They especially appreciated the passion test work she did with us, as it helped each individually look at where they were and did it align with their specific interests and goals for life. Additionally, Pam later worked with me one-on-one to focus on applying my job skills both at a new position and later helped me clarify and transition to my own firm. She absolutely kept me on task and focused, and provided much needed insight, advice, and encouragement through many a tough process. –Jorja Kimball, Texas

Pam gently nudged me to complete The Passion Test during a time in my life when I was moving out of a full-time position. At first, I followed her directions then she gave me the book and suggested I read it and dig even deeper into the exercise. Pam’s guidance in working through this incredibly insightful exercise has been invaluable. I have cherished her wisdom as a friend for years. –Leanne South, Texas

Like many others, I bought into the hype that I could do it all. The only problem is that I cannot do it all. In trying to meet that unrealistic and unattainable goal of superwoman, I was stretched and stressed. The only things I felt that I did well were to clench and grind my teeth and feel overwhelmed. Working with Pam made me take the time to sit down and list those things I wanted to achieve in my life. Even that list was too long so together we refined it. When I am now confronted by conflicting demands, I am learning to stop, think of my passions and choose the task that will help fulfill my goals. Even the things I need to do but don’t necessarily want to do, I find I am doing them with a more gracious attitude. I feel more in control of my life now. I am learning to say ‘no’ when people ask me to do things that would take my time and energy away from my passions. It is such a relief to know that I am not expected to be everything to all people. I have chosen to make my world smaller and invest deeply in those people and things that I love the most. Pam has a charming way of asking the tough questions and to be encouraging that there is no right or wrong answer. Her compassion and concern are real. She made the process an adventure. I highly recommend it and will work through it again in 6 months. It will be exciting to see how I’ve grown and changed and if my passions are the same. –Cindy Fliedner, Michigan
